We are currently seeking an experienced illustrator to complete drawings for a media communication training.
This position is on a temporary, contract basis and we would prefer an independent/freelance artist.
Estimated amount of time for this first contract is no more than 40 hours and work will be required over the next three weeks.

Drawings needed for the training include environments (ex: Radio Interview Studio), comic/cartoon character line art and other vector graphics that will be incorporated into Flash.

I run a web and software development firm for high-end clients, and for the past six years I have gotten more business than I can handle with no website at all - just client referrals. Here is what I know:
1. 80% should be image/graphic design based in the mockup, as people don't read anything anymore when it comes to viewing a website.
2. I want to point out we do two things only, and those things we do very well: Wordpress development, and mobile application development. The entire point is to drive the user to click on either section so they can get into the internal pages and view more info about each section.
3. I do not have a brand name or logo yet, and you should not be worrying about that. It will either be my name or some clever play on words, which will be just text.
4. I will be using font replacement on the site, so feel free to use special cool looking fonts that have the embossed inside-shadow effect.
5. For the Wordpress section: we should be using a Wordpress logo prominently so viewer will instantly understand. The link to learn more about that section should be a button.
6. For the mobile app section, we need to be using images of Blackberry, iPhone and Android devices, and utilize their logos so viewer will instantly understand. The link to learn more about that section should be a button.
7. I want the container for the site to be 900px wide centered exactly in the browser.
8. Colors: Background should be light blue (#D0E8FF), the text font should be gray and the headline texts should be dark gray.

In a nutshell, I am looking for a talented designer who can create a stunning landing page for us, which will visually (without too much words) show the client what we do, and make them want to click to learn more about our services.

Required Experience
