Job Description
The Host works as part of the Joe’s team to greet and seat our guests. The Host works to keep flow of the restaurant at a steady pace by directing guests to tables and the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist team members in creating the Perfect Joe’s Experience for every guest, every time
* Greet guests immediately with a smile.
* Accurately quote wait times.
* Create lasting and great first and last impressions for guests.
* Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
* Answer phone calls cheerfully within three rings.
* Assist team members when needed.
* Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe work environment.
* Know all food and retail products offered.
* Participate in Concept when possible.
* Assist guests in the retail area.
* Organize retail area.
Qualifications:
* Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
* Must have physical abilities to carry out functions of the job description.
* Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions.
