Dear Intern,

Myweb refresh is pleased to announce it is now accepting applications for 2 internship positions. At Myweb refresh, our goal is to mentor the designer in all aspects of our process and prepare the student for an office environment as they seek permanent employment opportunities.

We will aid the intern in developing a site from scratch handling every stage of the web design process, not limited to only the design of the site, but also, applying best practices in terms of search engine compliance. A website requires proper Search Engine Optimization, automated form mail systems, site analytics and marketing campaigns.

All interested candidates must have basic working knowledge of the following programs:
• Flash 8
• Dreamweaver 8
• Photoshop CS2
• Any knowledge of these are a plus: Html, php, css, java script, xhtml, flash, wordpress

A portion of the intern’s duties may include design correction. This involves taking existing sites and being able to find any errors, deconstruct the site and re-establish it error free. At Myweb refresh this is the standard practice of our design team and any intern will be treated as a member of our design team.
Interns at Myweb refresh will be considered valuable team members regardless of their production output. Although this is an unpaid internship, if you deserve it and have contributed to the company’s success, there is an opportunity to earn an “end of internship bonus”. The internship position also includes an opportunity to gain permanent employment depending on skills and quality of work.
Interns will be managed and critiqued and are required to be physically present at our headquarters in beautiful downtown Amelia Island at least 2 days per week. In the time served with our company we will use our best strategies to prepare them for a career in the design field.

To apply or for more information: please visit www.MyWebRefresh.com and fill out our contact form using “internship” as the subject.

Thank you.
