Freelance logo design for nonprofit--please reach out to Carol at carolej22@comcast.net if you are interested. Here is the description she sent me:

The following is basic info on what I'm trying to do for the foundation. It's going to be called Colton's Heart. I came up with that name because our son was very kind and all he ever wanted was to be a friend. He was even more gentle and caring with younger children. He had a huge heart while that he share with so many and then gave that heart to a young man that was literally within days of losing his life. He also saved 3 other lives (adults) with his kidneys and liver.

The way I picture the logo... it is a big, thick 'C' made like a rope (western type) and then another backwards 'C' to close the heart but with a much thinner line, very pretty and dainty, which of course, makes a heart, Colton's Heart. I can't seem to work out in my mind if I want to add a base or center or top to it. Maybe it could have tassels with 3 more c's (Chris, Carole and Colton). Or even incorporate a butterfly into it, if possible. I feel like I'll know it when I see it. Most importantly, I want it to be simple, conservative, nothing ornate or complex.
