Contemporary women's boutique is seeking an experienced sales associate.

Job Requirements include, but not limited to:
- Understanding the business of retail fashion.
- Providing consistent, outstanding customer service.
- Work towards developing long-term meaningful customer relationships through service, styling, in/out store communications, clienteling, store events, and a friendly/high-energy environment.
- Styling, creating looks and gathering trend information.
-Is comfortable using social media as a sales tool.
- Assist with fashion shoots.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Supervision of store opening and closing procedures.
- Able to plan, organize, and lead in-store special events.
- Accountability for daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness standards and product presentation guidelines.
- Excellent communication of daily and weekly tasks.

Model candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements.
- Must be able to work 3-4 days per week including some weekends.
- Must be well groomed, possess great style, and be very comfortable working with contemporary clothing lines.
- Excellent organizational, time management, written and oral skills.
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- Must possess ability to generate sales and provide thorough client follow-up.
- Candidate is honest and responsible.
- Be ready to dress in all things modelcitizen!
