Job Description
The Server works as part of the Joe’s team to deliver the Perfect Joe’s Experience. The Server takes orders, serves food and beverages to the guest. The Server is always aware of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide the Perfect Joe’s Experience to every guest, every time.
* Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
* Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
* Must know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered.
* Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide guests.
* Participate in Concept.
* Maintain spotlessly clean and safe work environment.
* Deliver food and beverages to any table or the bar as needed.
* Assist team members when needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous restaurant experience desired.
* Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
* Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
* Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions.
