Experienced Fine Dining Chef Wanted:
Four Diamond Restaurant and Golden Spoon Award Winner, Matthew's Restaurant in San Marco (Jacksonville), FL is looking for an experienced fine dining chef to be part of a dynamic team committed to creating an amazing dining experience for its patrons. We use seasonal and local ingredients from the best farms and ranches to create traditional and unique dishes.
Skills required to fill this position include a love for food, a sense of urgency, organization, patience, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning.
Chef Matthew Medure is committed to teaching his crew how to be the best by hands on training in the kitchen. He runs a serious kitchen, but insists that you have fun and enjoy food.
