JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with marketing and business development teams to produce print and online advertising, marketing collateral, logos and other identity programs that support strategic business objectives.​ Work with corporate services leadership to produce graphic-oriented, print and electronic internal communications.​ Collaborate with and manage third-party resources, such as printers and other graphic artists to complete projects.​ Present and clearly articulate how design concepts meet established goals and function successfully.​ Assist in the execution of brand management.​ Mentor and support communications team members with their creative initiatives to maintain consistent quality and foster an atmosphere continuous creative innovation.​ Provide technical support for department Macs and input on technologies that enhance marketing communication initiatives.​



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Fine Arts with concentration in graphic design, or related degree preferred.​



3+ ​ years of design experience in team-oriented environment.​ Agency experience preferred.​ Must have proven proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign on a Mac.​ Additional Adobe CS and Quark skills are a plus.​ Possess solid composition, color and typography skills; ability to develop non-Flash online advertising; knowledge of HTML/​CSS; understand the technical possibilities and limitations of web development; and experience with print production processes.​ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.​
