The Design Services Specialist - Designer is responsible for the design and creation of graphics for the development of world-class brochure and client application sites using website design software and customer supplied information. The ideal Design Services Specialist - Designer candidate will have strong oral communication skills and a proven understanding of layout and design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Design Services Specialist - Designer is responsible for the creation of DIFM websites based on the customer’s business strategy, preferences, and industry best practices using customer-provided or Web.com graphics. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects of varying complexities, communicate progress, and meet deadlines. Organizational skills are a must for this fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone when taking inbound and making outbound calls as required. Work directly with site owner (Customer) to develop the website including, consultation, e-mails and phone calls. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and produce work that meets all internal quality standards. The Design Services Specialist - Designer is also expected to participate in team meetings to provide recommendations and feedback on improvements to process, fulfillment, and product offerings.

Special Requirements (if any):
•Very detail-oriented and excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong artistic and creative skills.
• Dedicated, organized and team oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
• Experience in customer service (preferably in a call center).
• A strong understanding of web technologies, web design and web architectures, including the ability to work with PhotoShop, HTML, and CSS are preferred.
• An understanding of SEO and web layout experience is also preferred.
• HS diploma is required, college degree in design or graphic design, or 2-3 years professional experience developing websites, preferably in an Internet company, is a plus.
