A Sweet to Eat--Internship Position Available:

Looking for a culinary student to be in charge of lunch MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, and WEDNESDAYS 9am-3pm. (Lunch will be served 11am-2pm daily.)

This includes prep, cooking, and clean up, some menu planning, as well as taking responsibility for maintaining proper time and temperature controls, and appropriate inventory levels for ingredients.

Most menu items are sandwiches, salads, and wraps on the flat top grill.

The first 30 days of the internship will be unpaid. Following that, the rate of pay will be $9.00hr.

About the Film:
Fear, irony, cynicism and a gun lead the way in the hunt for a mystery drug dealer and financing for a film...a hog is whacked, an old man is slapped, a cops dream comes true and a homeless couple hits the jackpot in this dark comedy/drama climaxing in a twisted collision of karma and ambition.

About the Director:
Written and directed by Ithiell B. Yisrael. Yisrael's film credits include "He Got Game", "The Tic Code", "New Rose Hotel", "Belly", "Sunshine State" and many more.

Shoot Dates: Jan. 17-24, 2011. You don't need to be present for all 7 days, but we will need you for the entirety of the days you can work.
