FOOD SERVER ASSISTANT (BUSSER)

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.



BELL ATTENDANT

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.



MEETING CONCIERGE

The Meeting Concierge is the liaison between the Catering and/or Convention Services Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.



SECURITY OFFICER

The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. The Security Officer should have good verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Previous security experience is preferred.





STEWARDING/BANQUET RUNNER

A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. This person will also be responsible for helping during banquets to plate food, deliver the food to the events throughout the hotel and assist banquet servers in preparation of serving the guests.
