Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is an opportunity for an entry-level graphic designer to excel in a fast-paced corporation in an international department.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 average. Major in graphic arts and design
PREFERRED OFFICE/MACHINE EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE:
Must be proficient in:
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Acrobat
• Microsoft Office and other Adobe Applications
MAC OSX and PC fluency is required. Photography experience is a plus, but not a necessity. Basic knowledge of printing, faxing, etc. is required. Experience with internet site maintenance a plus. This candidate should also have a working knowledge of pre and post-production printing including the Pantone color system and other color conversions. There is an absolute necessity for this candidate to have the skills to convert file types and be inventive when faced with complex issues concerning file compatibility.
