We have an immediate opening for Sales Associates and Merchandisers in our Jacksonville Store.
As a Sales Associate with Cycle Gear, your main focus will be to achieve excellent sales and customer service -- routinely meet and exceed customer needs by providing needed products and information as well as answering customer questions. Other essential duties include:
* Meet or exceed all personal sales goals.
* Assist in merchandising activities -- check-in and tag merchandise, ensure proper placement and display of merchandise on the sales floor, and assist in completion of markdowns and price updates as needed.
* Assist with mounting tires as needed and prepare batteries for installation.
* Assist in the maintenance of store presentation according to Cycle Gear standards.
As a Merchandiser with Cycle Gear, your main focus will be on back-room operations and inventory management. Other essential duties for this position may include:
* Meet or exceed all personal sales goals.
* Sales and customer service -- routinely meet and exceed customer needs by providing needed products and answering customer questions.
* Being accountable for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
* Check-in and tag merchandise, ensure proper placement and display of merchandise on the sales floor, and assist in completion of markdowns and price updates as needed.
* Preparation and process of outgoing shipments.
* Assist in the maintenance of store and back-room presentation in accordance with Cycle Gear standards.
* Place special orders for vendors.
