Closet Factory is currently looking for successful salespeople with an interest in interior design and home organization products. Design experience is not required, but candidates with a strong sales background will be considered first. The ability to self generate leads or having an existing client base will also be a plus.

We have experienced substantial, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals who sell and design our products directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects, and engineers.
Closet Factory is the custom storage solution authority serving the need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, manufacture, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, book shelves, wall beds and more. We have the most extensive product line in our industry and are supported by excellent customer service. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach. We are a hard working company and are seeking to improve our performance with like-minded team players.
Successful candidates should have the following characteristics:
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous selling experience and lead generation skills
* Ability to space plan and visualize
* Interest in design
* Ability to develop long term relationships with clients
* Ability to gain referrals with their existing client base
* Ability to effectively network with associations and other groups
