We are looking for a MANAGER IN TRAINING for our St John Town Center location.

DUTIES PERFORMED (management)
-Recruit and train qualified professional people who understand the upcoming and current trends in fashion.
-Train personnel through development programs in order to answer the immediate and future needs of the company
-Practices professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and procedures, in order to achieve maximum sales and provide high level of customer service satisfaction.
-Ensures all operational duties are handled efficiently
-Maintain a neat, organized and well stocked merchandise area.
-Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed at all times.
- Communicates all stores needs to store manager and district manager
-Is aware of all store policies and procedures.
-Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention and security policies (credit and debit cards, exchanges and refunds, discounts, employee purchases and deposits )
-Assist in training other sales associates in product knowledge, visual presentation, sales techniques and administration.
-Conforms to the company's dress code and presents and image that is consistent with the company standard.
-Supports the manager in all of the essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store.

QUALIFICATIONS
-2 years of fashion retail experience
-Strong leadership skills, ability to create an atmosphere that is conductive to the healthy development of team spirit.
-Ability to motivate people in order to achieve sales objective, excellent communication skills.
-Bilingual preferred.
-Fashion oriented, willing to work retail hours and initiative.
-Experience in the shoe industry a plus.
-Must have an open availability
-Proven track record of accomplishments, recruits, sales goals, and training at current or previous jobs.
