Job Description

Part Time Receptionist - 25 Hours

ETHAN ALLEN, the leader in Interior Design seeks an individual to enhance the service we provide our clients at our St Johns Town Center location. You must be a service-driven individual.

The Receptionist's primary function is to greet clients, ensure that each client is greeted by one of our interior design associates, receive incoming calls, assist the design team, manage daily paperwork and any other support activities required by clients, managers or other team members. This position is integral to our standard of excellence. You must be committed to working weekends and one weekday. This is a permanent, part-time position.

Qualifications


All applicants must be articulate, accurate and friendly with a positive attitude. Some higher education required. Variety of responsibilities include basic accounting and administrative functions, service driven customer relations, inter- company communications, support of interior design associates and receptionist duties. Excellent computer skills a must, as well as good written and verbal skills. Must be available to work nights and weekends, and possibly overtime; hours flexible. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
