Bridges of America is currently seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead our team at our Broward County Bridge.

The ideal candidate is an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping, and challenging people.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee kitchen maintenance and operations.
- Supervise, train and evaluate department employees.
- Supervise inmates working in kitchen.
- Manage site's Inmate Culinary Arts Program, teach classes, supervise inmate's practical experience, and complete tasks required for the culinary arts program.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of public food service experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience in food service
- Must be up-to-date with Food Safety and manage culinary arts program

Education:
- As required for Certification of Culinary Arts Program
