Job Purpose:
Responsible for the layout, design and production activities to produce print advertising. Coordinate in-house and outside vendor services.

Initial Minimum Qualifications:
1. Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
1. Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
2. Minimum four (4) years practical advertising or graphic design experience, retail experience a plus.
3. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
4. In-depth knowledge and proficiency in MAC OS, Indesign, QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Basic knowledge of photo offset print process and management.
6. Photography production, management and art direction experience a plus.
7. Copywriting and copy editing ability a plus.
8. Must be deadline-oriented and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
9. Ability to travel as needed for out-of-town or out-of-state events.
10.Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
11.Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain same.

Desired Qualifications:
1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2. A self-starter, able to work cooperatively on a team as well as independently with little or no supervision.
3. Excellent organizational project and time management skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively and make sound decisions.
5. High standard of integrity and reliability.

Primary (Essential) Job Functions(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.):
1. Work independently and with Creative Manager, project leaders and external support services to design appropriate creative to support corporate initiatives.
2. Establish and balance daily creative production schedules to meet predetermined deadlines.
3. Coordinate archive and update brand and product imagery.
4. Facilitate photography shoots.
5. Evaluate and route art proofs for approval/input, and communicate changes to in accordance with established production schedule.
6. Maintain daily online status report of current projects in production.
7. Secure printer specifications.
8. Preflight files and troubleshoot printing challenges.
9. Act as back-up for Creative Manager.
10.Ability to meet attendance requirements.

Secondary Job Functions:
Perform other job-related duties, as assigned.

Performance will be based on successful completion of all job functions up to the productivity standards established and directed by Management
