Line Cook and Prep Positions. Seeking a culinary educated or heavily experienced individual that has a background in a fast paced restaurant environment. Must possess the ability to cook a variety of food from breakfast to dinner entrees, the ability to work independently, leadership qualities, and a history of working well with others under pressure. Candidate must be flexible, reliable, and dependable. It will be P/T to start (20-25hrs), but your performance and ability to do the job well could lead to F/T. Also we have a Prep/Dish position with P/T hours as well. Some knowledge of kitchen skills are required for this position. This person must also be flexible, reliable, and dependable.
