Prep Cook - To assist workers engaged in preparing foods for restaurants, by performing any combination of duties. Some culinary/cold pantry experience preferred. Must have knife skills and accept direction and learn from training. Must be flexible with schedule (includes weekends and holidays).


Rounds Cook - To demonstrate and practice a knowledge of a la carte cooking and act as line leader giving directions to others on production line. Must be flexible with schedule (includes weekends and holidays).


Dishwasher - To perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition.

Line Cook - To produce all orders required by business volume and supervisor as quickly and efficiently as possible and to produce the hightest quality product. Also to produce all orders on an a la carte basis and to prep for buffets, banquets, salad bars and hor d' oeuvres.
Full time position available.

Dining Room Server - To serve meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette. Must be dependable, punctual, flexible to work AM & PM shifts adaptable, customer oriented and able to multi task. Full time position.

Room Attendants - To clean rooms and halls in the hotel performing any combination of duties. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, ability to exert 30 lbs of force for prolonged periods of time. Ability to endure repetitive motion for entire shift. Monthly and Year End cash incentives for the most productive Room Attendant(s). Full time. Must be flexible with schedule.

Lobby Attendant
- To perform a combination of tasks which maintain hotel premises in a clean & orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience. Must have housekeeping experience. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time & ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be detail oriented and ability to clearly communication. Full time position. Must be flexible with schedule. Primary shift is second shift 3PM - 11PM or Midnight. Monthly and Year End cash incentives if Guest Satisfaction & Labor Cost goals are met or exceeded.
