You will cook and prepare food following the kitchen production chart; making sure that procedures and recipes are followed. You will keep areas clean, organized and well stocked and refill service stations as needed, leaving stoves, utensils, pots, pans, work areas, and sinks clean and sanitary. You will follow all safety practices using aprons and Teflon gloves.
