Bakery Clerk - As a Bakery Clerk with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for working closely with Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers, and Bakery Manager in order to create The Fresh Market environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. The friends of The Fresh Market come to our stores for more than just wonderful food. Our Bakery Clerk will be passionately dedicated and personally invested in creating a warm and safe environment for our customers and store employees. The Fresh Market Bakery Clerk will be responsible for making our unique experience come alive in an atmosphere that fosters genuine camaraderie and a heartfelt sense of belonging.
Grocery Clerk - As a Grocery Clerk with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for working closely with Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers, and Grocery Manager in order to create The Fresh Market environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. The Grocery Clerk will demonstrate an overall knowledge of programs and operations within the department. The friends of The Fresh Market come to our stores for more than just wonderful food. Our Grocery Clerk will be passionately dedicated and personally invested in creating a warm and safe environment for our customers and store employees. The Fresh Market Grocery Clerk will be responsible for making our unique experience come alive in an atmosphere that fosters genuine camaraderie and a heartfelt sense of belonging.
Gift/Floral Specialist - As a Gift/Floral Specialist with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for working closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers in order to create The Fresh Market environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for flowers. The Gift/Floral Specialist will actively engage and educate customers about The Fresh Market’s variety of cut flowers, potted plants, and department products. The Gift/Floral Specialist will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with store employees and our customers. A respect for detail by the Gift/Floral Specialist will ensure that we remain focused on creating a wonderful experience for our customers. The Fresh Market Gift/Floral Specialist will lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit our stores.

Qualifications
The Fresh Market requires basic math skills for the Bakery Clerk. Candidates should be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position. Minimum age for employment is 18.
