Supervisor – An entry-level management position with manager-on-duty and key carrying responsibilities. Flexibility is key
in this position. Supervisors may work in multiple areas of the store during each shift.

Custom Framing Specialist – Primarily works behind the Custom Framing desk to assist customers with the custom framing process. This position drives custom framing sales and provides customers with ideas and recommendations on ways to best frame their artwork and photos.

Activities Specialist – Coordinates class and event schedules within the store. This position connects with the community and creates an environment of creative instruction and learning in the store.

Floral Specialist – Oversees the Floral department. This position supervises and assists with the creation of potted plants from floral “recipes.” The Floral Specialist drives. Floral sales, designs, produces product for special orders.

Front-End Specialist – Assists with overseeing the front end of the store and the cash office. This position impacts our customers since the Specialist answers questions and provides Quality Customer Care to the people who shop with us.

Associate – Provides Quality Customer Care to A.C. Moore customers. The primary responsibilities for this position include work within the Customer Care, Cashier, or Freight functions of the store. Flexibility is key in this role. Associates often work in multiple areas of the store during each shift.

Classroom Instructor – Instructs one or more crafting classes for the general public. New crafting ideas are encouraged!
