FULL-TIME
BANQUET/OUTLET CAPTAIN – Variable schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. Assist Banquet Manager in all facets/functions of banquet department and oversee banquet beverage operations. Perform as captain in other hotel outlets as may be required. Previous bartending and banquet management experience in 4 or 5-Diamond property preferred.
A.M. DINING ROOM SERVER – Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Exceptional customer service skills and one year fine dining experience, including experience with Point of Sale system, required.

SEASONAL (March through September)
HOST/HOSTESS (1)
DINING ROOM ATTENDANTS (2)
Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Greet and facilitate seating of members and guests. Assist servers and bartenders with set-up, cleaning, and operations ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Point of Sale knowledge preferred.
BARTENDER – Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Provide bar and food service ensuring exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant, to include Point of Sale system. Basic knowledge of drink recipes, wines, proper garnish, glassware and equipment. 4 or 5-Diamond experience a plus.
SERVERS (4) – Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Provide food service and an enjoyable dining experience in a casual, yet upscale environment. One year dining experience to include Point of Sale system required. Basic knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages. Assist with cleaning and restocking of restaurant.
COOKS (3) – 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Some experience in kitchen required, i.e., knowledge of equipment, food preparation, sanitation and safety. Ability to multi-task and organize under pressure are a must. Teamwork and understanding of the highest standards of hospitality are essential.
