Flash Developer
Our ideal candidate needn’t be proficient a Flash Developer in all areas of our process but they will possess a solid understanding of graphic design principles (how code affects design and vice versa). They will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. They will have experience in Actionscript 3 development, PHP, Java, etc. They must be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Gamming development experience is a huge plus.

Requirements
• Degree or equivalent in Web Design, UI/UX Design, New Media Design/Multimedia
• 1 - 3 years of experience with Actionscript and Flash-based software development
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and XML
• Experience interfacing with back-end platforms (using Ajax, MySQL, PHP, etc.) building database driven content sites
• Ability to execute simple, elegant solutions for complex usability challenges and site architecture with a focus on efficiency and speed
• Experience of handling issues with Web Browser / Cross Platform incompatibilities
• Experience with gaming is a huge plus
