Graphic Design Internship Job Description
BROOKSLACAYO is a boutique agency that provides a full range of services to clients near and afar
including graphic design, advertising, branding, public relations and interactive. We specialize in
intelligent strategy; on-target design; and clear, concise, and compelling messaging.

We make creat ive professionals. If you are looking for a place to bide your time answering the
phone and filing, you need not apply. If you are looking to apply what you have learned to real-world
scenarios and see if you are as good as you think you are, bring it on.
Requi rements/Skills: Candidates should be working toward a bachelor degree in graphic design,
web design, and branding. Strong typography, intense concepting, and layout skills are required. Detailoriented
is necessary. Knowledge of industry-standard graphic design software and familiarity with
web/on-line software is a big plus. Related software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,
Flash Bonus skills: Flash, HTML, PHP, CSS.
Responsibili t ies: The intern will work with staff on a wide variety of client projects. The intern:
• Brings an open mind for creating sketches and design concepts that graphically communicate with
the audience.
• Is eager to learn.
• Attends and participates in client meetings, presentations, traffic meetings and brainstorming
sessions as directed.
• Completes time log daily, and responds to all administrative duties and activities as assigned in a
timely fashion.
