The MARKETING ASSOCIATE is responsible for assisting in marketing activities at the corporate level and maintaining brand standards. The purpose of the MARKETING ASSOCIATE is to effectively assist with branded marketing materials and other available resources in order to accomplish objectives as set forth by the Marketing Director.

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
Primary Duties
• Assist the market with creative market flyers and direct mailers maintaining brand standards
• Assists market in online advertising and social media
• Assists Marketing Director in developing and maintaining company and market websites
• Develop and maintain a database of approved marketing materials for the properties use
• Data entry
• Manage direct mailing services
• Assists Marketing Director with new business research
• Assists Marketing Director with industry - award entries/ events/ trade shows
• Assist market with marketing materials for events/promotional needs

EDUCATION/TRAINING
• Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent course work in Marketing/Advertising field preferred.
