Video Creation Intern



Selection of the individual will be based on fit within EI, creative talent and drive to complete projects on time. They will need to identify areas within EI to create content from, some tasks will be mundane however much will be creatively driven. They also need to have interest or focus on Advertising/Marketing.


Skills:
1. Video editing (computer-based such as Adobe CS5 or other common desktop editing programs)
2. Internet video distribution (think YouTube, streaming media). This can be taught or gained through OJT, however needs to show knowledge of.
3. Power Point presentation development experience or similar desktop presentation tool.
4. Good grammar and ability to proof written presentations.
5. Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
1. Ownership and daily/weekly management of the Internal EI Digital Signage program.
2. Authoring and producing video and PowerPoint content around EI people, process and technologies.
3. Creative design and innovation of delivery of content within EI.
4. Identification, deployment and management of EI’s internal content distribution methods and tools. (instant message-related tools, desktop Video Viewer, Digital Signage (TV and players) posters and communication flyers.

This position would be 20 hour per week.

This is a dream opportunity for a creative student looking to focus on videography and video production in the field of product marketing and advertising.
