Culinary Freelance--wedding cake

EMAIL FROM CLIENT: Hi my name is Jessica, I live in the Orange Park area and I am getting married in May 2011 and I was wondering if your school does wedding cakes. I have attached a copy of the cake we would like to have. We want a vanilla cake with real strawberry filling and also have real flowers (that I can provide if needed). The black on the cake i would like to be edible if possible. The second attachment is a picture of a cake topper we like but are having a hard time finding and wanted to know if it can be made?
