St. John & Partners, a full-service agency headquartered in Jacksonville, is looking for motivated, talented and hard-working students who are interested in gaining experience in the public relations field.
Our interns are exposed to a variety of experiences including conducting research/assisting account managers in research for client projects; brainstorming with account management team members; writing and editing news releases, press kits and other background information; writing and editing materials for media pitches, account management correspondence and for internal audiences; assisting in planning and executing special events; and making media pitches and follow-up media calls.

Agency clients include Ford dealer groups in 30 markets in 10 states, the Florida Lottery, PARC Management, Terrell Hogan, P.A., Winn-Dixie and Zaxby's.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates are junior or senior-level PR/marketing majors (or related field), who have already taken Reporting and PR Writing. Internet research skills and other related work experience are a plus.

Candidates should have availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (we are flexible to class and work schedules) and must receive academic credit for the internship.
