Responsible for servicing primarily Culinary Lab classes and students in all lab classes via organizational activities during working hours in The Art Institute of Jacksonville Storeroom.

Key Job Elements:
1. Re-stocking supplies, includes food, supplies, and chemicals.
2. Loading, cleaning, and maintaining pars for various food carts for culinary lab classes.
3. Maintaining FIFO rotation for all perishables.
4. Assisting with maintenance of logs, particularly HACCP.
5. Mop room daily check and maintenance using checklist to check pars.
6. Emptying garbage and boxes to outside receptacles.
7. Keeps all refrigerators, freezers, fish drawers rotated and iced as specified.
8. Responsible for labeling all foods as required by law and storeroom policies.
9. Assists with receiving orders, immediate and proper rotation for products.
10. Storeroom cleaning and daily organizational duties.
11. Keeps records for waste, use charts, and lists for needed items.
12. Acts as a role model for culinary students by following professional guidelines as stated and pro-actively supporting student learning by following department protocols and procedures.
