Ideal candidate will have enthusiasm to learn and contribute to success of the property’s busiest and highest revenue generating outlet serving hotel guests and membership community. Menu is contemporary Floridian resort fare featuring local seafood and regional produce with Caribbean & Southern American influences. Abilities to multi-task and organize under pressure are a must, as well as a passion and heart for exciting and innovative cuisine. Teamwork and understanding of the highest standards of hospitality are essential. This is the right opportunity to gain valuable restaurant line experience in a hotel /resort environment.
