Production Assistant /Web Designer Internship


Entrepreneurs Anchor™ magazine, an affiliate of Brain Media Group LLC, is seeking a highly motivated personable Production Assistant and Web Designer. This Production Assistant/Web Designer will assist Entrepreneur Anchor’s creative department with multiple projects for our clients large and small.

The chosen candidate will need a pleasant manner and have the ability to work with clients at all levels of management and skill while working cohesively with the EAM staff to complete all projects.

You must have 1or more years of experience working independently and in a team. You must be willing to commute to the workplace for a total number of hours, not to exceed 15 per week. This is NOT a telecommuting position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and the production of intranets, extranets and public facing websites.

• Maintain brand identity guidelines, for our clients as well as internally.

• Offer recommendations for page design, imagery and graphics.

• Assist the Production Coordinator and maintain electronic files in an organized manner.

Work Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal professionally with clients at all levels.

• Experience in graphic design for both RGB and CMYK projects (optional).

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Flash.

• A love for typography.

• Ability to work on one’s own, with instruction from Art Directors.

• Motivated Team player and multi-tasker.

Software knowledge required:

• Microsoft Office suite

• Adobe Creative Suite CS5
