Job Description:
Looking for not just another internship pushing papers and staring out the window? This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in your field. We want candidates who are driven by both the need to exercise creativity as well as meet deadlines. Our interns would be responsible for shooting and producing a :30 -:45 second commercial for the company as well as b-roll and stock footage. We are looking for people who can be both imaginative and meet deadlines. Guidelines will be given to our interns, but we encourage them to think outside the box and exercise as much creativity as possible.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as Digital Video/Film student at AiJax
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must have good communication skills, as you will be working with clients directly to set up productions and working in a team environment
- Devoting approximately 10-20 hours a week to the internship
- Knowledge of current industry standard equipment and software ex… Canon 7D SLR, Final Cut Studio, Adobe Creative Suite.

First Coast Signs is a custom sign manufacturer. Their equipment consists of a Roland 54” wide format digital printer, Graphtec plotter and two laminators.

An intern will be exposed to both training in sign making and art design for signs. They presently have a single graphic designer/ sign maker and can mentor an intern in order to teach him/her to produce and assemble signs as well as use design software to actually design signs as requests come in. They use the Adobe Creative Suite primarily.

The intern can also expect to have considerable exposure to the lucrative vehicle wrap and vehicle graphics process.
