dELiA*s currently has retail Co-Store Manager opportunity at The Avenues Mall! A CSM will support the Store Sales Manager in the successful operation of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Store Management to ensure the store meets or exceeds performance metrics and customer expectations through setting a consistent example of outstanding service and interaction on the sales floor
Maintain productivity standards through personal selling and Associate coaching
Ensure customer transactions are handled in a fast, friendly and efficient manner
Partner with Store Management to recruit and attract candidates
Assist in the training, development and supervision of Associates and provide performance feedback
Ensure all areas of the store are neat, clean and organized and operational
Work with Store Management to make necessary scheduling adjustments
Partner with Store Management to maintain acceptable inventory shrinkage
Ensure Loss Prevention policies are followed and report suspected or known theft to supervisor, LPI or Hotline
Follow and implement all policies, procedures and practices
Open and close the store in the absence of Store Management
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3+ years high volume retail store supervisory experience or Bachelors degree with 1 year support manager or equivalent role
Prior mall-based junior apparel retail experience preferred; must relate to brand identity
High School graduate or equivalent
Professional written and oral communication
Ability to develop and maintain excellent fashion merchandise presentation standards
Available to attend weekly management meetings, scheduled mandatory store meetings and floorsetsand inventories
