Freelance graphic/web/animation--time sensitive

Employer has attached some examples of what he has in mind.  He is looking for a graphic artist and a .net programmer for the web (2 separate positions).  The graphic artist will need to know how to do animation.   If this project can get off the ground then he will have several more to follow. He may also have some other freelance work for the .net programmer
