Flexible and variable schedule (5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.) depending on business needs, to include weekends and holidays. Some experience in kitchen required. Abilities to multi-task and organize under pressure are a must, as well as a passion and heart for exciting and innovative cuisine. Teamwork and understanding of the highest standards of hospitality are essential. This is the right opportunity to gain valuable restaurant line experience in a hotel /resort environment.
