Scan Design - Sales Associate

We are currently searching for a career-minded, experienced Furniture Sales Associate in our Jacksonville Showroom.
Job Function
* Responsible to provide a high level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business.
* Build rapport with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, facilitate the entire purchasing process, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Must demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships, solve problems and impact and influence others.
* Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Previous sales experience required.
* Interior design experience and/or previous furniture sales is a plus.
* Must maintain a clean, professional, physical appearance.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
* Must have a “can do" attitude and be a team player!
* All candidates are subject to a mandatory drug test and criminal background check prior to employment.
Our ideal candidate will have one or more of the following criteria:
1. Mid to high end retail sales experience.
2. Furniture sales experience.
3. Design background
This position pays a base salary plus commissions, bonuses, and benefits. The income potential is determined by the perseverance, determination, & hard work of the individual.
