You will assemble orders placed by guests to match the product mix of each order correctly. You will place food items in proper containers/plate and in the manner specified by Pollo Tropical in order to maintain an excellent visual appearance and consistency at all Pollo Tropical Restaurants. You will also maintain work area clean, organize and properly stocked at all times.
