Inspire Customers with the Latest Trends in Custom Window Coverings
As a JCPenney Decorator Consultant, you have the opportunity to inspire customers with the latest trends in custom window coverings that reflects both their lifestyles and budgets.
Responsibilities include:
* Working inside the studio assisting customers and generating sales contracts
* Making in-home visits to show samples, discuss ideas and help customers choose home décor
* Participating in home shows where you can network with potential clients and increase your customer base.
We provide a world-class training with a program that covers everything from product information to sales procedures, all geared towards making you an expert at helping our customers make their homes the place they love best.
Basic Knowledge:
* Ability to utilize direct selling techniques to build and retain a customer following. Possesses basic computing skills including Excel, Word and Internet searching techniques. Requires ability to interpret date.
* Requires ability to communicate orally and in writing correctly and concisely and to use arithmetic with accuracy and reasonable speed.
* Thorough knowledge of color coordination and basic custom decorating techniques is desirable.
