HOURS: Part-Time
SALARY: Based on Experience

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will work with Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all banquet functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train, schedule, and supervise banquet food and beverage staff
Follows banquet event order to fulfill service
Maintains all banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
Establish and maintain positive client relationships
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have attention to detail
Must be creative in designing buffets and coffee break décor
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be results driven
Must have good organizational skills
Must be compliant with health codes
Must complete Alcohols Compliance Training

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must have two years experience in a banquet facility services meals for large events or equivalent experience
Must have two years of customer service experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be serve safe certified
