Deli/Bakery Associate
One of the great traditions in grocery is deli/bakery service. Our Deli/Bakery Associates are responsible for serving our customers quickly and courteously.
Whether slicing meat and cheese, preparing hot meals to go, or baking fresh loaves of bread; the deli/bakery is a challenging, fast-paced department.
Our Deli/Bakery Associates are responsible for the safe handling and service of foods. They are also key in maintaining sanitation and safety protocol. They are expected to operate all equipment in a proper and safe manner.
The typical tasks of the Deli/Bakery Associates include assisting customers in the selection of products, preparing and packaging products, suggesting additional products, answering questions about products in the Deli/Bakery, and arranging the department products in appealing ways.
